So many of you ask, how do you use microgreens? We always answer, on just about everything! Now I realize this is quite a broad answer, so this month I want to give you some ideas. So, here are 15 ways to use microgreens. #1 On top of your egg, cheese and vegetable sandwich (above). #2 On top of your a fine cut of steak or chicken. #3 On your favorite pizza. #4 On top or in a salad. #5 As a snack. Kids love the Sunflower micros with their great crunch. Mom's love how health they are for their kids. #6 On top of your stir fry or rice dish (example, Pad Thai, Braised Eggplant or Braised Tofu). #7 In a soup, we love micros on ramen. #8 As part of your holiday meal, on the meat and in the stuffing. Spicy mix or Radishes add a real kick! #9 In your favorite bread recipe. They add a spicy kick to any bread. #10 On pasta as a garnish or flavor enhancer. #11 On salmon, fish or scallops. #12 In any wrap. #13 On top or in a taco. #14 On top of your avocado toast. #15 On your favorite burger.
